What data we collect

Browsing data. As with any website, the hosting service records technical data needed for the site to work securely (for example IP address, date and time of the request, page visited). This data is not used to identify visitors.

Data you give us. If you email or call us, we use the details you provide (name, contact details, message) only to reply to you.

Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools. For this reason there is no consent banner.

Google Maps. On the “Where” page the Google map is loaded only if you click “Show map”. From that moment Google may set its own cookies, according to its privacy policy.

Social links. The Facebook, Instagram and YouTube icons are plain links: no content from these services is loaded unless you open them.

You can always manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to run the website securely (legitimate interest) and to answer your requests (pre-contractual measures or your consent). Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, in compliance with legal obligations.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to processing or request data portability (Articles 15–22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) by writing to foliesantiques@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
